All but the oldest models can return to their battery charger automatically after
vacuuming and some of the newer ones can be programmed to run at specific times.

I sure like my Roomba Discovery Scheduler (they came out with newer models last
month). It may take longer to do a room, but you don't have to do anything except
push a button to make it ... The more expensive Roomba models can also be set up
to start automatically at a designated time and run while you're away. ...
